I have a secret...

I am totally into watching any show with the Kardashians!  It's like a train wreck and I must watch to see what has been going on.
  • Keeping up with the Kardashians
  • Kim and Kortney Take New York
  • Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami
  • Khloe and Lamar
Like OMG totally!

The whole divorce thing in 72 days or something for Kim - WOW.  I like Kris from the shows even if he comes off a little on the short bus side IMO.
Kourtney is preggo again - Yeah Scott is a a bit much for me but then again so is Kourtney but I love it!
Khloe is my favorite - her and Lamar are so darn cute and seem more real then any other crap Kim pulls on TV.  I do hope Khloe gets pregnant soon as she will be a good down to earth mom.

My favorite is Bruce Jenner - I know he isn't a Kardashian but man he handles all those women so well, I have to give him credit.

Anyone else have that "show" that you really shouldn't be watching?

We all need a recap once in awhile - right?

So much news has happened from April to now - I needed a recap and I know you did too since you may have forgotten the events or just didn't know yet - see #4 news

1. April 29th - The Royal Circus Wedding.  It was beautiful to watch but I didn't need 24 hours of it and the many months leading up to it.  I admit I didn't give a rat's ass but I did want to see the kiss from the balcony.  why?  I was hoping he would dip her and give her a proper snog not a basic peck. Sadly that didn't happen.
I did buy this mug because I loved it! You should check out her site and if you fancy a mug as well you can get one no matter where you live!

2. May 2nd - President Obama announced Osama bin Laden is dead.  He was killed by Navy Seal team #6 in Pakistan.  The world went crazy.  Some celebrated in the streets by chanting USA and others felt relief but knew this wasn't really over since terrorism doesn't die with one man. It was a key piece of history but I don't believe anything is really over.  You can choose to disagree since I admire freedom of speech.

3. May 5th - AV voting here in the UK.  The referendum didn't pass which I thought was a shame.  I was hoping it would shake up the voting here since I am told over and our seats don't change *insert party here* has had *insert part of the country* for donkey's years. Well then they keep voting for the same ol same and that is the people's fault.  No we don't even get a presence for the other party so yes you go with the only one you have a clue about.  I think this is a lazy problem but I understand it from a political advertising campaign.  I just hoped this AV would shake that up - it lost big style.

4. May 9th - the most important news EVER.  US X factor judges have all been confirmed. Cheryl Cole IS on the panel (woohoo) and confirmed on Sunday night Paula Abdul is BACK (holy mole). Yeah Yeah Nicole Scherzinger is gonna host but I could give a rat's ass.  Let's go US X factor - I cant wait to see if they do it the same or if it will turn into American Idol BS (because I could never ever watch AI).

Well that is my news recap as it keeps me on my toes and always me to reflect years and years from now when I let my dwarf take over this blog (I must still be sleeping).

X Factor and the US? Fall 2011

I am excited that X Factor is coming/going to the states or from here on out known as America.
I cannot stand American Idol or Britain's got talent but X Factor was so much fun to watch and I still listen to the winner Matt Cardle.

Rumors are flying on who will be the hosts on the American version. We all know Simon Cowell is on there obviously since he left American Idol and this is the new US money maker for him.
I know you need talented people who understand the "biz" but pick people the country can relate too or want to watch.

Announced March 18th - Antonio “L.A.” Reid, former Chairman of Island Def Jam Music Group and one of the most influential names in music today, will join Simon Cowell on the judging panel of THE X FACTOR, the highly anticipated singing competition series debuting this fall on FOX. (this is from the FOX website).
We can relate to this man since Def Jam is HUGE in America and I think this is a good choice.

What happened to Cheryl Cole? Simon and her have good chemistry and it would be nice to see a UK male and female on the judge panel. I admit I like her music and I think she would be fabulous in America despite her "accent". Don't worry new rumors say she may host the new Big Brother UK. I think that's a crap move. Bring Cheryl to America and she will do well, I can see it. She would show that you can make it as a group aka Girls Aloud as well as a solo artist all from another song reality show. She already has a name here in the UK since she is on commercials/adverts as well as her music.

If you need someone like Louie why not get Maurice Starr - he started New Edition and New Kids on the Block and could be a great edition!

Anyways...I am on team Cheryl and please don't put Nicole Scherzinger on the panel she was so Blah to me when she filled in on the UK version.

So who do you want to see on the judge panel?
Do you even give 2 shits?

Yes I care...Now I wonder how much they will screw up the UK version *shaking head*
